Option 2: Carbonated drink mixing
Carbonated beverages are mainly composed of water, syrup and carbon dioxide. The syrup is made through sugar melting pots and mixing tanks. After filtering, it is pumped into the syrup tank in the carbonated beverage mixer. At the same time, the sterilized product water is also pumped into the beverage mixer. The water tank is vacuum degassed to facilitate the mixing of carbon dioxide. Through the proportioning system on the beverage mixer, the water and syrup are mixed in proportion to achieve the desired taste. Under the action of controlling the appropriate pressure, the carbon dioxide is dissolved into the material. , it can be made into carbonated beverages with ideal air-locking capacity.

De-palletizer mainly is used to de-palletize various cans and glass jar. It will de-palletizer the empty bottle from stack to conveyor again and again. Save much manpower, improve working efficiency.

4. This cooling tunnel is used to cool down the PET bottles, glass bottle and cans after hot beverage filling.
Because filling is hot filling, temperature can reach 80°C or 90 ℃ after fill into bottle, so there will be condensing water occur on the whole bottle surface continuously until the filled bottles become same temperature as the room temperature, so the purpose of the pasteurization tunnel is to prevent water condensing on the hot bottles and make a good condition for labeling, and packing.
After filled, the bottle’s body and bottle’s neck will speckle by the some juice more or less, so the Pasteurization Tunnel is also can rinse the filled bottle with the circular water, it work as a rinser too.
