Touch Screen
PLC control system to realize man-machine interchange, make the whole machine stable and high-speed.
Labeling Head Mechanism
Roll release mechanism: can realize the placement and release of the labeled roll.
Brake cushioning: The mechanism is connected with a spring and can swing back and forth. The label is used for tensioning in the traction process to keep the material in contact with each roller and prevent the material from breaking.
Traction drum: Used for guiding and positioning the roll label.
Drive Up&Down Adjustment Part
Can realize the header before and after, around, up and down, tilt adjustment.
Adjusting seat: Used to realize the whole label head before and after, left and right, tilt adjustment.
Up and down adjustment lever: used for the whole head up and down adjustment;
Front and rear adjustment rod: Used for front and rear adjustment of both sides of the conveyor belt of the whole head.
Label Detection Photoelectric Part
Check the photoelectric detector of self-adhesive labeling machine bottle, shake with a barrier 5-10mm away from the photoelectric head, shake out two or more marked with high sensitivity, shake several times marked with a low sensitivity, adjust the knob on the potentiometer.
Traction Motor
Traction motor is used to drive the traction shaft of the labeling machine to provide the power of traction label; The conveying motor is used to drive the conveyor belt of the labeling machine to provide the power of product transmission.
