Details
De-capping Part
This decapper is designed for 3 and 5 gallon water filling lines. It is used to pull out the cap of the recycling bottle before rinsing. The combination of a digital camera and fiber optic detector allows rejected bottles in the following cases: bottles without caps, caps without stoppers, caps with only the top left, partially open caps, and bottles without caps removed.
Barrel External Brushing Part
The brush is electric and can clean the bottle from the outside. Since they spin the bottle, the water jets hit not only the bottom of the bottle, but also the sides of the bottle. It is used for all-round cleaning of bottles, which can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency.
Barrel Internal Washing Part
In the inside rinsing station, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple cleaning liquid, from alkali water to disinfecting water, and then to the pure water, to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically.
Barrel External Brushing Part

We’ll dispatch an engineer to your plant to assess the situation, complete the machinery installation and train your staff on how to operate it. The customer pays for round trip air tickets fee, accommodation and USD100/day/person.
